To insure reservations, activities must be calendared. Unless otherwise determined by managerial policy or decision, events are scheduled and published on this site on first come, first serve basis. Schedule all events with the calendar manager. To best coordinate differing aspects of club activities and avoid schedule conflicts, all committee activities shall be entered as soon as possible .
